The Dysprosium Collection - Album Released August 1, 2013

Navigating by the flow of the Universe, the sonic energy of element66 has infused electronic music with scientific concept, bridging the gap between vibration and thought.

The unwavering duo that created element66, (Chad Wesley Hamlin and Kenneth Victor Fisher) have set themselves on a mission to expand beyond the boundaries of their prison confinement. They have developed the means to produce as recording artists from the isolation and solitude of the Oregon State Penitentiary.

Enhancing ones perception and state of mind to expand past the fabric of what is perceived as reality is what gives humans the freedom to be expressive and artistic. Even from a negative place like prison the light can overpower the darkest shadows; element66 happens to be more than just artistic music, it’s also an amazing story with a surprisingly positive outcome. Seeking redemption from life behind 30 foot prison walls, Chad Hamlin and Kenneth Fisher found an outlet to reflect upon the world, a world that they are no longer allowed to be part of anymore. Watching society from a distance as it forever changes before their eyes has created a type of clarity, a perception only achieved by being dismissed from everyday life in the community. Viewing the very society that condemned Chad and Kenny to a life in prison has created some interesting subject matter for lyrical content. The element66 story is one of a kind.

This 25 song Bundle titled The Dysprosium Collection contains all of the early demo recordings of 2013. This collection also consists of the entire 14 song demo album Drukis Blah. All of the Drukis Blah songs have been completely digitally re-mastered for this release. The energy of element66 reverberates throughout the cosmos translating its layers of colorful abstract textures into a Universal Language for all to absorb.

The psychedelic electronic rock created by element66 has an eerie vibe that teeters between the futuristic edge of tomorrow, while lurking in the dark shadows of today. This anthology of early recordings contains some additively catchy songs that pulsate to rhythms that are unique all to themselves. With The Dysprosium Collection, element66 created a plethora of bizarre and twisted songs that all share one common theme. Anything is possible, if you truly believe.
